(CNN) The robot revolution can be softer than we thought.

We are not sure whether the robotic staff at a hotel down in Japan will be getting guests in their beds at night, but we will be doing a lot of other tasks of traditional hospitality.

Huis Ten Bosch, a theme park inspired by the Netherlands in Nagasaki Prefecture, has announced plans to open a hotel staffed by robots and other advanced technologies.

The hotel Henn-na Hotel, which translates as Strange hotel will be called.

According to the park, the first sentence of two-story hotel will open on July 17 and 72 rooms.

The second sentence is completed in 2016 with an additional 72 rooms.

Operating under the slogan "A commitment to evolution", the hotel will have three "actroids" (robots with strong human likeness) to act as receptionists.

robots can cook food;

They'll be able to engage in intelligent conversation with human hosts.

The hotel also employ four services and porter robots and other persons engaged in household chores like cleaning.

High-tech features keeps prices

"We will make the most efficient hotel in the world," says President Hideo Sawada Huis Ten Bosch.

Sawada says he hopes the robots finally 90% ownership will run.

"In the future, we hope to build 1,000 similar hotels around the world," says Sawada, according to Nikkei News from Japan.

Other features help make Henn-na the most futuristic hotel low cost in the industry, the company said.

Doors guestrooms are accessed by the technology of facial recognition.

Services provided in the rooms will remain low. Guests may request items through a tablet when needed.

Instead of air conditioning, a panel of radiation detect body heat in the room and adjust the temperature.

The solar and other energy saving features are used to reduce operating costs.

Bid for your room

Room rates vary depending on demand.

Instead of being presented with a fixed price, guests can bid on rooms during peak season. The highest bidders will be safe rooms, although there will be a price limit on an offer.

The hotel claims room opening fees will be JPY7,000 ($ 60) for a single room to JPY18,000 ($ 153), the highest possible price after the bidding, for a triple.

The superior and deluxe rooms will cost more.
