How to install and use WhatsApp on your PC

WhatsApp is now the most widely used messaging and social networking platform. However, WhatsApp is limited to smartphones and can not be used in most tablets and computers yet. Some 3G Android tablets that let you make phone calls are the only ones who can use WhatsApp for now. The iPad and iPod touch, despite featuring slots for SIM cards for 3G Internet, WhatsApp can not work due to incompatibility with the device.

To install WhatsApp and have it work actively on your PC or laptop, you need to download Bluestacks, Android application player. The software is merely an Android emulator for Windows or Mac operating systems. Windows users can download the software from here and Mac users can download Bluestacks from here.
Once downloaded, install the software. Follow the procedure on the screen and get Bluestacks installed on the desktop / laptop. Do not worry; no rocket science involved and even a layman user computer can get up and running in minutes. The installation procedure prompts you to enable access and App Store app notifications. Enabling and continue the installation. Once done, you can get a notification about your graphics drivers that need updating. You can choose to do or avoid-not going to make a difference, but we recommend doing so. Bluestacks be installed on your PC and is ready for use.

Once installed, start Blue stacks, initialize and take you to the home screen with a pair of tabs on him. Now you need to install WhatsApp on Blue stacks. You will not find any icon Google Play Store. You have to click on the "Search" and simply write 'WhatsApp'. Below the search field, you will find an active link that states 'Search Play for WhatsApp'. Click that link and you will be directed to the Google Play Store. Once installed, click the icon "Start" button on the bottom left and start WhatsApp clicking the 'WhatsApp' icon.

WhatsApp finally installed on the desktop / laptop via Bluestacks. WhatsApp does not allow the service to your PC and you will have to give details about your phone number. Do not worry; do not need to connect the phone to her or insert your SIM card anywhere. Dial the phone number, you have to associate with WhatsApp and press the 'OK' button. The application will now be asked to verify the phone number you typed. Click 'OK' WhatsApp now connect to your servers and send an SMS to the number specified.
In minutes, you should get an SMS from WhatApp declaring 'WhatsApp code 1XX-7XX'. The message will be unique to each phone number. After a few minutes, WhatsApp on PC will popup a field in which you have to put in the verification code. Once done, WhatsApp is installed and you can start using WhatsApp easily. If you get errors with SMS codes, you can choose to receive a call from WhatsApp. Receives the call and IVR from the other side will tell you their code. Enter the code and use it. WhatsApp has been successfully installed on your PC.
Make sure you are not using WhatsApp on another device with the same number. If it does, then the device will be disabled and you order new phone verification again. If you have another phone number and do not use WhatsApp on it, you can use that number for you to use WhatsApp from both numbers.
